Shhhhh...top secret freestyle mix for friends asking me to dig these tunes up. It is a very raw un-edited mix. Ripped the music from my vinyl collection.
This is where it all started. Got into deejaying in the late 80's, when I was exposed to House and Club (Freestyle) music. I remember hitting record on my tape deck late on the weekends on Hot97, to hear djs spinning at NYC clubs like Palladium. I guess listening to freestyle first, is what got me into spinning breaks. Here is an ode to that era.
