Liminal Sounds is the music you hear during the transitional period of a night out at a NYC club in the late 1990s thru early 2000s. It's the part of the night that comes after the tourists and first timers leave the venue, and the DJ drops the real sounds of the underground. These sounds are played to the end of the night into the morning, right before after hours begins.
